The original concept of C-F-S Executive was created in 1997 and evolved as a separate organisation in June 2007 as a result of a need to provide expert advice and guidance to senior professionals, bureaucrats and expatriates undertaking job search and career transition.

The company has evolved from Careers First Step, stablished by Human Capital Holdings in 1997 to address a lack of suitable career management services for students, graduates, migrants and beginners.

Strong demand from managers and professionals, also in need of career guidance and assistance, drove the re-launch of the company as C-F-S Career Management in 2000. It aimed to service the career management needs of students, graduates, migrants and senior executives and professionals.

A strategic alliance formed with jobsdb.com, the world's largest interactive job database, allowed the new company to operate at both a local and global level and to extend its services to expatriate executives.

The recent development of C-F-S Executive has been driven by the caliber of our Senior Executive Consultants who have hundreds of years of combined experience as senior executives, career managers and executive coaches. All have experience across a diverse range of occupations, industries and bureaucratic fields.
